‘Veel oud-studenten met schuld wanbetaler’

Veel oud-studenten hebben moeite om hun studieschuld terug te betalen. Een op de vijf is nog altijd wanbetaler, zo blijkt uit cijfers van de Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO).
