Dr. Benjamin Kunbuor hints of plans to quit NDC  – A former minister, Benjamin Kunbuor, has revealed that he is ready to join another political party

– He explained that the NDC as a party has become too money-conscious

– He went on to say that he will only join a party whose ideals are based on social justice A former minister of defence, Dr. Benjamin Bewa-Nyog Kunbuor, has hinted of plans to part ways with the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, the party has been monetized to the extent that it has become a matter of concern.

Kasapafmonline reported that for that reason, he indicated his readiness to join another political party but there is a caveat.

He explained that he would only join a party that is implementing the ideals that he stands for in terms of social justice to create a better society for all.

Speaking on UTV on Friday, January 11, 2019, he said: “If I get a political party that is prepared to implement the ideals that I stand for in terms of social justice in creating a better society, then it doesn’t matter the name; if they start implementing those things and I’m convinced that they are implementing it, I will join it.

Even if it is the NPP that is implementing what I stand for, I don’t have a problem of joining it.”

He further noted that it pains him so much to see a party he helped nurture, change from its ideals and principles.

He also wondered if anyone could readily distinguish between members of the NDC and members of other political parties. READ ALSO:
