Why I’m resigning from Adom FM – Kofi Adomah Nwanwani explains

YEN.com.gh broke the news of Kofi Adomah’s resignation on Wednesday afternoon after the presenter posted the news on Facebook.

Coming as a surprise to many of his fans, they were scepticisms about the information as a lot of them thought it was a prank.

But speaking to his KOFI TV, Kofi Adomah confirmed his resignation saying:

“Yes. I can confirm that I have resigned from Multimedia.”

According to Kofi Adomah, his last day as Adom FM presenter will be Friday, November 30, because his resignation takes effect from December 1.

Reacting to reports that he was being forced out of the station after about 10 years, the newscaster declined to confirm or deny.

“I will give details later but for now all I can say is that I have resigned,” he stated.

He however denied that he had been poached by another station and promised to reveal further details as to the next steps he will be taking in his career.

While Kofi Adomah was quite stingy with his details, YEN.com.gh gathers that his personal engagements like the KOFI TV may be conflicting with his work at MGL.

Sources say Kofi Adomah wants to focus on his company and also have some time to further his education.
